note.quit or not ?

I said I had thought to quit in the past 18 months among the 20 months in itri.

Someone replied : you didnt think to quit just in the first and the recent one month.



some recommendations from friends in those days :

1. 如果還喜歡現在的工作環境，只是不喜歡工作內容，
先試著和主管溝通，看能不能轉作其他自己想做的職務，不過得先弄清楚你想做什麼。

2. 一邊找新的工作，多看可能會找到更喜歡的。

3. 條列出工作的優、缺，然後做評估。
(但我發現，如果真的不喜歡現在的工作，不管怎麼想，缺點一定比優點多很多 :p )

4. 想一想當初進公司時訂定的目標，如果已經達到了，那就可以走了。

5. 想一想還有沒有什麼，值得你繼續待在現在的公司。

6. 多和周圍的親朋好友、同事討論，說不定他們能比較了解你的狀況，給你意見。
