Bugs are created by ourselves

It's not my business but I just don't think it's good for the entire project development.

FAE releases software to customer before he provides the correct settings. As a result, tons of bugs are reported from customer. Then engineers have to spend time solving issues. Finally, someone decides to change the settings to the correct one (why doesn't he use the correct one before releasing software to customer?). So those issues are not issues anymore. WTF! Why did we spend time solving issues? If you use the right setting at the first stage, there won't be those bugs. Bugs are created by ourselves. Really feel it's wasting life to do those things.

I don't think that working is just for money and the meals that bought by FAEs, that I'd feel comfortable to solve issue in customer site if it's only a very simple problem (FAE should do something for our investigation first). It's just stupid.
